Hi there! I'm Adriana.

I am a journalist, former TV news anchor, and a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher-in-training. 

I created Mindful Communication Culture to support individuals who want to communicate more effectively, build better relationships, and live more fulfilling lives.
