Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based, 8-week program that teaches you how to relate to stress, pain, and challenges with more awareness and resilience.
Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, MBSR combines mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, and self-inquiry. It’s widely respected and used around the world in healthcare, education, and leadership training.
