About Adriana

Professional Experience Meets Mindful Living

I’m Adriana Ruggiero Robinson, a journalist, former TV news anchor, and communications consultant with over 20 years of experience helping people tell their stories, connect across cultures, and communicate with clarity.

I spent much of my career working in Spanish-language media in the U.S., including roles as a news director, anchor, and communications strategist. I led teams, coached leaders, and helped organizations communicate more effectively with Latino audiences—always with a deep respect for language, culture, and connection.

Today, I bring that same passion into a new chapter of my work: helping individuals and organizations integrate mindfulness into how they speak, listen, and lead.

A Personal Journey That Changed Everything

I was born and raised in Venezuela, and I’ve lived in the U.S. for over 13 years—12 of them in California, and most recently in North Carolina, where I live with my husband, daughter, and our dog.

In 2016, while going through one of the most difficult periods of my life, I discovered mindfulness. What began as a personal coping tool became something much deeper: a lifeline, a transformation, and ultimately, a way of life.

Mindfulness didn’t just help me survive—it helped me grow. It opened the door to healing, clarity, and purpose. Over time, I became fascinated by how mindfulness could transform not just how we live, but how we communicate—with ourselves, with each other, and with the world.

Mindful Communication Culture

I created Mindful Communication Culture to bring together my experience in journalism, multicultural communication, and public speaking with the life-changing power of mindfulness.

Through courses, workshops, and coaching, I support people who want to:

  • Communicate more clearly and compassionately
  • Build stronger relationships
  • Navigate cultural and language barriers with greater ease
  • Lead and live with greater awareness and intention
